Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- cans crescent rolls - 2 item
- Taco flavored Doritos - 1 item
How to make taco casserole:
Cook the ground beef and taco seasoning according to package directions. Simmer until "no juice" left. Add the sour cream; simmer. Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with 2 cans of crescent rolls. Add a layer of crushed Doritos, 1/2 of the meat mixture and Cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers, using Mozzarella cheese instead of Cheddar. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
