  • ice water - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • chopped black olives - 2 oz
  • taco seasoning - 2 Tbsp
  • crushed tortilla chips - 1 c
  • red taco sauce - 2 Tbsp

How to make taco tartlets:

Filling:1 c. sour cream2 Tbsp. red taco sauce2 oz. chopped black olives1 c. crushed tortilla chips1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Meat Shells: Combine ingredients and mix. Press meat mixture into bottom and sides of tiny tart pans; set aside.
