- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
- Worcestershire - 2 Tbsp
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- 303 can tomatoes
- butter chunks - 1 item
- bone or large chuck roast - 7 item
- bell pepper slices - 1 item
How to make swiss bliss:
Use 500° oven.Season roast with garlic and seasoned salt. Cook roast 20 minutes at 500° then lower oven to 250° and cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
