Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • boiling water - 3/4 c
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • strawberry Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • banana, mashed - 1 item
  • cream cheese or sour cream - 1/2 pt

How to make strawberry salad:

Dissolve Jell-O in water. Add fruit and nuts. Put 1/2 of mixture in ring mold; chill until firmly set. Spread with cream cheese or sour cream. Spoon on second half of Jell-O. Chill until firmly set. Unmold.
