Frosted fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/4
- large ripe bananas, mashed - 2 item
How to make frosted fruit salad:
The day before serving, in a large bowl, combine gelatin and boiling water. Stir to dissolve gelatin. Stir in strawberries until they are thawed. Stir bananas and pineapple into gelatin. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Refrigerate until set. Just before serving, spread with sour cream. Makes 12 servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Strawberry, Gelatin.
