Ingredients/Components
- strawberry/banana jello
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- large bananas, mashed - 3 item
- frozen strawberries, thawed
- sour cream - 1 c
- Cool Whip - 1 c
How to make strawberry salad:
Dissolve the jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add fruit. Pour half the jello mixture into a glass bowl. Let it set. Top with the sour cream mixed with Cool Whip. (I use light sour cream and lite Cool Whip.) Pour the rest of the jello on top. Chill until set.Recipe categories: Strawberry, Salads, Berries.
