- sugar - 3 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- fresh lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- chopped rhubarb - 6 7
How to make strawberry rhubarb jam:
Blend rhubarb, lemon juice and sugar in saucepan. Simmer until cooked and mushy. Remove from heat. Stir in jello for 2 minutes. Pour into jars. Refrigerate or freeze.Recipe categories: Strawberry, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
