  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar - 1/4 c
  • red food coloring - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
  • mashed strawberries - 2 c

How to make strawberry pizza:

Blend flour, powdered sugar and margarine. Pat firmly into 16-inch round pizza pan and bake 12 minutes at 325°. Beat together cream cheese, vanilla, the 1/2 cup sugar and lemon juice. Spread on cooled crust. Cook until thick, the strawberries, cornstarch and 8 tablespoons sugar. Cool and spread on top of cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
