  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • powdered sugar - 1/4 c
  • sliced strawberries - 1 qt
  • red food coloring - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
  • stick butter or margarine - 1 item
  • mashed strawberries

How to make strawberry pizza:

Topping:1 c. mashed strawberries4 Tbsp. sugar1 Tbsp. cornstarch1/2 tsp. red food coloring1 qt. sliced strawberries Mix together flour, sugar and margarine. Pat into pizza pan. Bake 15 minutes at 325°. Cool. Add remaining ingredients for filling together and beat until fluffy. Spread over cool crust.

Topping: Combine all ingredients, except sliced strawberries, together and cook until thick. Cool. Spread over filling. Top with sliced strawberries.
