  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs, well beaten - 3 item
  • pecans, chopped

How to make strawberry nut bread:

Mix all ingredients until well dampened. Pour into greased and floured loaf pans. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Makes 2 large or 3 small loaves.
