  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • strawberry jello
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • pecan pieces - 1/2 c
  • bananas, mashed - 2 item

How to make strawberry jello salad:

Dissolve jello as directed on package. Cool. Add bananas, pineapple and strawberries. Pour half of this mixture into a greased pan or mold. Chill until jelled. Spread sour cream on top, then pour remaining jello over all. Serve on lettuce leaf. Pecans may be added, if desired.
