  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • chopped pecans
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • cooking oil

How to make strawberry bread:

Sift dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add pecans and mix. Make a well in the center. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour in the well. Stir enough to dampen all ingredients, then pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
