Strawberry bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon
• eggs - 2 item
• pkg - 1 oz
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• plus 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
• pecans optional - 3/4 c

How to make strawberry bread:

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together strawberries, oil and eggs. Sift dry ingredients into other mixture. Add pecans (optional). Stir, mixing all ingredients together. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
