  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 3 item
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • banana, mashed - 1 item

How to make strawberry bread:

Preheat oven to 400°. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well in the center. In separate small bowl, mix remaining 5 ingredients together (mash strawberries). Pour fruit mixture into well and gently stir by hand. Pour into pans (two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans, greased and floured). Bake 1 hour; let cool before slicing.
