  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 3 item
  • mashed ripe bananas - 2 c
  • can crushed, drained pineapple - 1 oz

How to make hawaiian banana nut bread:

Combine dry ingredients and stir in nuts. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 65 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes; then remove from pans and cool completely.
