Hawaiian banana nut bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- mashed ripe bananas - 2 c
- can crushed, drained pineapple - 1 oz
How to make hawaiian banana nut bread:
Combine dry ingredients and stir in nuts. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 65 minutes or until done.
