Strawberry blossoms

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 3 oz
• sour cream - 1 Tbsp
• powdered sugar - 2 Tbsp
• large strawberries - 12 item

How to make strawberry blossoms:

Set cream cheese aside to soften. Remove stems from berries to form a flat base. Place on cutting board, pointed end up. With a sharp knife, carefully slice each berry in half vertically to within 1/4-inch of base. Cut each half into 3 wedges to form 6 petals. Pull petals apart slightly.

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and sour cream until light and fluffy. With a pastry bag and star tip or a small spoon, fill berries with cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate.
