Strawberry pizza

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• pkg - 1 oz
• sour cream - 1 c
• cornstarch - 1/4 c
• water - 2 c
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• strawberries - 1 item
• small box strawberry jello - 1 item
• cookie dough - 1 pkg

How to make strawberry pizza:

Spread cookie dough on two 9-inch round tins or one 13 to 14-inch pizza pan for crust. Bake and cool.

Whip together the cream cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar. Spread mixture on crust. Cut strawberries in half and cover top of mixture.

Mix water, sugar and cornstarch. Boil until clear. Stir in jello. Cool and pour over strawberries. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired. Very good.
