Southern pecan pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 3 item
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- dark corn syrup - 1/2 c
- broken pecans - 1 c
How to make southern pecan pie:
Mix together eggs, sugar, pecans, corn syrup, butter and vanilla. Pour filling into prepared pie shell. Arrange pecan halves around inside edge. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
