  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp

How to make sour cream coffee cake:

Topping:1/3 c. brown sugar1/4 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon Cream together the first four ingredients. Add the dry ingredients slowly, alternating with the sour cream. Put half of the batter in a greased and floured pan. (One that holds a two-layer cake.) Sprinkle two thirds of the topping on the batter. Add the remainder of the batter and then sprinkle the rest of the topping. Bake at 325° for approximately 40 minutes.
