Snowy mashed potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- clove garlic, crushed optional - 1/2 item
- chopped frozen chives - 1/8 c
How to make snowy mashed potatoes:
Cook potatoes in salted water; drain off most of water when potatoes are tender. Mash potatoes in large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and garlic. Beat at high speed with mixer until creamy and smooth. Stir in chives, then spoon into a lightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and dot with butter.
