Skillet cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• coconut - 1 item
• stick butter - 1 item
• Rice Krispies - 3 c
• dates, chopped - 1/2 lb
• whole eggs - 3 item
• nuts pecans - 1 c

How to make skillet cookies:

Cook butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, dates and nuts in a large skillet until it leaves the sides of the skillet. Pour into a bowl that has Rice Krispies and mix well. Separate into 3 or 4 balls and roll in coconut. Cool and slice as needed.
