Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- potatoes - 1 item
- cabbage - 1 item
- onions - 1 item
- yellow squash - 1 item
How to make skillet cabbage:
Melt butter in an iron skillet. Place 1 layer of cabbage, 1 layer of potatoes, sliced, 1 layer of onions, diced, and 1 layer of yellow squash. Cook covered on top of stove on slow. Check with fork every 10 minutes to test how it is cooking. Cook for 30 minutes. When done, top with Velveeta cheese and let simmer until melted.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
