Shrimp potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- celery, chopped fine - 1 c
- to 6 boiled eggs, chopped - 5 item
- white potatoes, boiled and diced - 2 lb
- shrimp, boiled in crab boil and diced
How to make shrimp potato salad:
Combine all ingredients, except mayonnaise, being careful not to mash. Stir in mayonnaise, stirring carefully until well blended. Garnish with sliced boiled eggs and sprigs of parsley.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Shrimp.
