Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour
- shortening - 3 Tbsp
- yeast cake - 1 item
- eggs even when baking half - 2 item
How to make scones:
Heat milk and shortening. Add sugar and salt. Beat eggs; add to warm milk. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water. Add liquid after some of the flour. Let rise. Do not knead first time up.
