Ingredients/Components

• dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
• paprika - 3 Tbsp
• pepper - 1 tsp
• chili powder - 1 tsp
• poultry seasoning - 3 Tbsp
• cumin - 1 tsp
• garlic powder not garlic salt - 1 tsp
• onion powder not onion salt - 3 Tbsp
• dried oregano, rubbed between palms - 1 tsp

How to make salt substitute:

Mix well all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into salt shakers. Can be used on almost everything except fruit, cakes, pies, puddings, etc.
