- melted butter - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- flour - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- rum extract - 1/4 1/2
- pecan halves - 1 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- deep-dish pie shell - 1 item
How to make rocky road pie:
Combine butter and sugar until smooth. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Add flour and mix well. Stir in flavorings, pecans and chocolate chips. Spoon into pie shell. Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
