Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- marshmallows - 2 c
- unsalted peanuts - 2 c
- small bag semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 item
How to make rocky road fudge:
Use microwave-safe glass bowl in to melt together chocolate chips and condensed milk until smooth. Add vanilla. Immediately pour mixture over marshmallows and nuts. Mix together. Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan that has been coated with spray or lined with wax paper.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
