  • boiling water
  • rhubarb, cut up - 3 c
  • tapioca quick cooking - 1/2 c

How to make rhubarb tapioca pudding:

Add all together in double boiler. Cook 1/2 hour or until rhubarb is soft. Serve with whipped cream.
