Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- oleo - 1/4 c
- strong black coffee - 1/2 c
- slices country ham - 6 item
How to make red-eye gravy:
Fry ham in oleo over low heat; remove from pan. Stir sugar into drippings until dissolved, stirring constantly. Add coffee, stirring well. Simmer 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breakfast, Very low carbs.
