  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • nuts - 1 item
  • chopped raw apples - 3 c
  • butterscotch morsels - 1 item

How to make raw apple cake:

Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Add apples, flour, soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Stir well. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle nuts and morsels on top. Bake at 350° for 45 to 55 minutes.
