Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 3 Tbsp
- milk - 5 Tbsp
- raisins - 1/4 c
- margarine, melted - 1 Tbsp
- Riches frozen bread dough - 1 pkg
- Icing:1 box 10x confectioners sugar
How to make raisin bread:
Icing:1 box 10x confectioners sugar5 Tbsp. milk Lightly grease top of frozen bread. Thaw in greased bread pan (do not let rise). Put thawed bread in bowl. Knead in cinnamon, sugar and raisins until well mixed. (Will become sticky.) Place dough on floured surface; knead and roll into shape. Place in greased bread pan. Brush on melted butter. Allow to rise. Bake at 350° until top of bread is browned. Cool before adding icing.Icing: Mix sugar and milk until thick pouring consistency and lattice on top of cooled bread.
