Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- maraschino cherries - 4 item
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1/3 c
- strawberry jello - 1 pkg
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- lime jello - 1 pkg
- slices pineapple - 4 item
- sliced bananas - 2 c
How to make rainbow salad:
Pour 1 cup boiling water over lime jello and mix. Add lemon juice. Line bottom of pan with pineapple. Place maraschino cherries in centers of pineapple. Pour in lime jello mixture. Let set until firm. Pour 1 cup boiling water over lemon jello and mix. Mix salad dressing with cream cheese and add to slightly congealed lemon jello mixture and beat. Pour mixture on lime jello. When it begins to congeal, pour 1 cup boiling water over strawberry jello. Mix and add 1 cup cold water. Add sliced bananas and when slightly set, pour next to center lemon mixture.
