Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 13 oz
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- canned pumpkin
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- quick oats - 1/2 c
- butter or oleo - 2 Tbsp
- melted oleo - 1/2 c
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes
How to make pumpkin squares:
Filling:16 oz. canned pumpkin13 oz. evaporated milk2 eggs3/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. ginger1/4 tsp. cloves Mix base and press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Mix filling and beat well. Pour over crust and bake 20 minutes at 350°.Topping:1/2 c. pecans1/2 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. butter or oleo Mix topping and sprinkle over cake. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
