Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- orange flavoring - 1/2 tsp
- 33 oz - 1 (5
- pumpkin or 1 16 oz - 2 c
- Pet Ritz deep dish pie shell - 1 item
How to make pumpkin pie:
Prebake pie shell on preheated cookie sheet in a 450° oven for 6 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 375°.In large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla and orange flavoring. Add eggs and beat with a fork. Add the evaporated milk and the other milk and mix well. Pour into the pie shell. Bake on preheated cookie sheet in a 375° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted off center comes out clean. Cool on rack before serving.
