  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • pumpkin - 1 c
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • raisins
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • mace - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped walnuts or pecans - 1/3 c

How to make pumpkin cake:

Combine cake mix and spices in bowl. Add eggs, pumpkin and 1/3 less water than called for on cake mix box. Stir in raisins and nuts. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Glaze with toppings of your choice.
