Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- brown sugar
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- canned pumpkin - 32 oz
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- grated orange peel - 1 tsp
- orange juice - 1/2 c
- grated lemon peel - 1 tsp
How to make pumpkin butter:
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring continually, until thickened. Put in clean jars; cover with lids and process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Refrigerate after opening. This recipe came from PA.Recipe categories: American, Condiments, etc., Vegetables.
