Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1/4 c
- vegetable oil
- chopped fresh parsley - 1/4 c
- white wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- pine nuts - 1/3 c
- broccoli - 1 lb
- cherry tomatoes - 1 pt
- chopped fresh basil - 1/2 c
- smoked turkey breast, cut in thin strips - 1 lb
How to make primavera salad:
Vinaigrette:2/3 c. vegetable oil1/4 c. white wine vinegar1/4 c. water1 clove garlic salt and pepper Cut broccoli into 1-inch pieces. Cook 1 minute. Drain and rinse in cold water. Refrigerate.Cook pasta according to directions. Rinse. Drain. Mix with vinaigrette. Refrigerate 2 hours or more. Wash spinach and pat dry. Combine spinach, pasta, broccoli, turkey and remaining ingredients. Toss gently.
