Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cream cheese - 12 oz
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted butter - 1 c
- pineapple juice - 2 c
- carton whipped topping - 1 oz
- pretzels, broken into small pieces
- large container frozen strawberries - 1 item
How to make pretzel salad:
Mix cream cheese and sugar; set aside. Place pretzels and butter in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and bake at 400° for 10 minutes. Spread cream cheese mixture with lukewarm pretzels in bottom of baking dish. Dissolve gelatin in boiling pineapple juice; stir in strawberries and allow to thicken to jelled point.
