Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- hot water - 2 c
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- crushed pretzels - 2 c
- large strawberry Jell-O - 1 item
How to make pretzel salad:
Mix pretzels, butter and 4 tablespoons sugar together. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 400° for 5 minutes. Cool. Mix cream cheese and sugar together. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on top of pretzels. Mix Jell-O and water. Add strawberries. Pour over cream cheese layer. Chill. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Salads.
