Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- oleo - 3/4 c
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- Philadelphia cream cheese - 8 oz
- crushed pretzels - 2 c
- small can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 item
How to make pretzel salad:
Combine pretzels with oleo and sugar. Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Bake 7 minutes at 400°. Let cool. Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix Jell-O with boiling water. Add strawberries and pineapple with juice. Chill until almost thick; pour over cheese mixture. Chill 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Salads.
