- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- broken pretzels
- raspberry jello - 6 oz
- thawed Cool Whip - 1 (8
- frozen raspberries * - 2 pkg
How to make pretzel salad:
*Strawberry jello can be used with frozen strawberries. May substitute with canned fruit, well drained.In frypan, stir and heat for 1 minute pretzels, butter and sugar. Keep stirring. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread evenly over bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes in 350° oven. Remove from oven and cool. Mix well cream cheese, powdered sugar and egg, then fold into Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzels. Mix well jello, boiling water and raspberries. When thickened, spread over cream cheese.
