Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium potatoes - 5 item
- medium green pepper - 1 item
- rosemary - 1 tsp
- medium carrots - 3 item
How to make potatoes and carrots:
Cut up potatoes, carrots and green pepper. Mix together in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Cut up margarine and mix with vegetables. Sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper over vegetables. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 450° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Side dish.
