Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- potatoes - 4 item
- stalks celery - 2 item
- green onions - 2 item
How to make potato salad:
Boil eggs for 15 to 20 minutes. Put water in saucepan and add salt. Heat until boiling. Put peeled potatoes in boiling water. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Wash other veggies. Trim and slice. Add mayonnaise, mustard, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper. Mix well. Cube potatoes. Add to mayonnaise mixture. Peel and cut eggs. Chill 3 to 4 hours.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
