Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- cold mashed potatoes - 2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 2 tsp
How to make potato puffs:
Toss flour, baking powder and salt. Add potatoes; blend well. Beat in eggs, chopped parsley and pepper. Fry by small spoonfuls in deep fat at 380° until golden.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Side dish.
