Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 3
- orange juice - 2 c
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- mustard prepared - 1 Tbsp
- pork chops boneless - 6 item
- flour or 1 Tbsp - 2 Tbsp
How to make pork chops in orange sauce:
Preheat oven to 325°. Place pork chops in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Arrange onion rings over each chop. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Pour over pork chops; cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until pork is tender, basting occasionally.
