  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 2 c
  • cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
  • cream of tartar - 4 tsp

How to make play dough:

Mix ingredients in a pot. Cook over medium heat, stirring continuously, until no longer liquid. Remove and knead in coloring. Store in airtight container.
