Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• water - 2 c
• cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
• cream of tartar - 4 tsp
• food coloring - 1 item

How to make play dough:

Mix dry ingredients in a heavy aluminum saucepan. Add colored water. Cook 3 minutes or until mixture pulls away from sides of pan. Cool and knead. Place in airtight container when not in use.
