Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1/2 c
• flour - 1 c
• water - 1 c
• cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
• cream of tartar - 2 tsp
• choice of food coloring - 1 item

How to make play dough:

In a heavy saucepan, mix dry ingredients. Add oil, water and food coloring. Cook 3 minutes at medium high heat or until mixture pulls away from sides of pan. Knead slightly almost immediately. Store in airtight container.
