Ingredients/Components
- shredded coconut - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 c
- instant pistachio pudding
- can chunky pineapple - 1 oz
- nondairy whipped topping, thawed - 12 16
How to make pistachio ambrosia:
In large bowl, mix pineapple together and sprinkle powdered pudding on top. Let set for 3 minutes, then combine nuts and coconut and fold into mixture. Next, blend in whipped topping and marshmallows and refrigerate for 2 hours (minimum) before serving. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Side dish.
