Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 lb
- large can chunk pineapple - 1 item
How to make pineapple salad:
Drain pineapple. Bring juice to boil. Mix sugar, flour, beaten eggs and 1 cup water. Place on stove. Stir in boiling pineapple juice. Cook until thick. Pour over pineapple chunks. When cool, add marshmallows. Sprinkle with nuts.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
